And on a personal note, my partner really appreciated it as an anniversary gift since he's into astronomy and found it quite sentimental. The gift was a hit and made for a great experience as a buyer.

"An Innovative Concept That Delivers"
The cost was a tad high, but the outcome was definitely worth it for me. I expected the paper to have a shinier finish, but it turned out to be matte. Perhaps that’s a good thing? Maybe they think folks will use a glass frame? (I was planning on that from the start).

The quality is something I couldn't replicate, even if I gave it a shot! The concept is fantastic.

For me, it was totally worth it.

"Highly Recommend This!"
To start off, the star map was stunning and the support from the team was top-notch. I got the map as a Christmas present, and it was super cool to have the choice of getting the file as a PDF on the same day I placed my order!!! I printed the map locally in Canada (24X36), and it cost a bit more than if I had gone through Underluckystars, which just adds to my appreciation for this company!

"Outstanding Support Experience"
My order was delayed because of postal strikes. I was starting to fret it wouldn’t arrive before Christmas. The customer support crew was fantastic. They took the initiative to follow up with Royal Mail themselves. They explained the whole situation clearly, provided me with some free pdf files of my order valued at £25, and even offered to send a replacement if my item didn’t show up on time. If every company had staff like these folks, the world would surely be a better place. Kudos to them!

"Purchased for a holiday gift"
I got this as a holiday gift. I chose the unframed option since I wanted a particular frame to match my other artwork. It looks fantastic and was packaged really well. It’s absolutely gorgeous in the frame. A one-of-a-kind present, but truly beautiful.

"Gorgeous artwork, but some issues..."
This artwork is stunning, but it showed up a week behind schedule and came with several creases that messed up the image. Also, hunting down a frame that matched the dimensions was a bit of a hassle.

"Not quite worth the price tag"
I was drawn to the concept and felt good about the info I found, but when it showed up, I honestly didn't feel it justified the cash spent for a piece of paper measuring 30cm x 40cm. I could've easily printed this myself for way less.

"Beautiful and meaningful gift!"
The star map arrived super fast and in perfect condition, all packed up in a big box with heavy-duty bubble wrap. It's such a fantastic present, and I’m a bit of a sentimental sap. Having a lovely keepsake to mark a decade together—let's just say it brought a tear to my eye.

If I had to nitpick, I’d say the selection is pretty limited—there are only about a dozen backgrounds available, and just a few caught my eye. Plus, the frame choices are also quite few. If they could add more backgrounds, especially with star designs, or even let you create custom ones, I’d be all in for regular purchases. I’ve already picked up two, but the lack of variety is holding me back from getting a third.

We absolutely adore both our star maps—the one for our 10 years of dating and the other for our 10 years of engagement. If ULS could just add more backgrounds, we’d be ready to grab another to celebrate our wedding, and eventually for each child we plan to have together.

"What can I say that’s even close to…"
What can I say that’s even close to giving constructive feedback? Honestly, nothing comes to mind. I was super happy with my star map. It turned out just like the picture, but the quality blew me away. I kinda wish I had it framed through them. Their standards are top-notch, and their prices stack up well against others out there. It got here fast and in perfect condition, all thanks to the delivery folks and the solid packaging. I’m over the moon, and I really hope my partner feels the same. Big thanks! I’ll be ordering another one for a friend real soon.

“I bought it for my mom a couple of mother's days ago, and she seemed to appreciate it. The delivery was good; nothing was damaged, and it was on time. Pricing was a little bit too high for my taste, but because of the effort they go through in order for it to be that technical, it does make sense. 10/10 would recommend for any occasion! It is a great keepsake and has a very aesthetic look to it.”
